Heritage Open Day: 15 September

We are inviting all our members to play (or sing) for a little while at King’s Lynn Town Hall for Heritage Open Day, Sunday 15 September 2019.

Whether it’s just a minute of music or half an hour, let us know what you’d like to do. There are time slots available throughout the day, and if you want to explore everything else on offer in town you will have plenty of time for this too.

This is not a formal concert, so players and listeners alike can come and go freely. Whatever you’ve been learning this term, or even before, keep it up over the summer and take up this great opportunity! Just contact us by email and we’ll agree everything else afterwards.

Music at Heritage Open Day

Come and see musicians from West Norfolk Music Centre playing solos and duets at King’s Lynn Town Hall as part of the annual Heritage Open Day on Sunday 10 September. Spend the rest of the day in town exploring historic and notable buildings, riding the vintage bus or seeking out the wide range of events.

Our young players and adult students will be playing music from baroque to modern, classical to jazz, on a range of instruments. Find us in the Assembly Room at the Town Hall at 12pm, 1.30pm or 2.30pm. You can come and go as you please — listen to just one piece or stay a little longer — and it’s free of charge!
