Celtic Music group
All the music is written in concert pitch and is presented in PDF format and Musescore. If you would like to join the group, but require the music in a different pitch or format, you can download the copy of the music in Musescore 4, and adjust it yourself, or email the centre requesting it be adjusted for your instrument.
The melodies are presented in treble clef. You may have the melodies in viola clef or bass clef on request.
Music is presented with chord letters above or below the music, and a copy is also given with the chords expanded to a piano score, which also gives a bass line.
We are open to suggestions for any folk music that comes under the very broad term “Celtic Music”, which covers folk music from Scotland, Ireland, Cornwall, Wales, Brittany, the Isle of Man and Cape Breton.
